- Stop it . God waits for you to feel.
- Feel the pain. Feel God’s spirit.
- Worship the real God, your Miracle.
- Submit to His will. Do it.

- The rabbit goes fast until run down
- to becomes carnage for vultures.
- God is a snail. He waits for us to yield.
- He even allows us pain as part of real joy

This shouting still goes on in my brain.
It is softer now, my real Higher Power
wants me to experience the sorrows
as well as life's real joys that are spiritual

But it never worked beyond the now.
An evil laugh would always put me down
and be sure I would never find God.
As I worshipped a lower power

Instant gratification is not God’s way.
The covering in guilt, unworthiness
and being afraid of divine retribution
is not His way. His way is reality.

A 12 step member once ask me
when I said I felt I was in reality,
“What reality are you in”
God’s answer surprised even me.
